We have all always been treated with the utmost care and compassion. One of our dogs, Thor, has always been very anxious around men and extremely uncomfortable at a veterinarian's office. Dr. Schatzle was able to calm Thor's fears during their first meeting. Dr. Schatzle has always gone out of his way to make sure that Thor is comfortable and calm during all of his visits. They indeed treat our beloved pets as if they were their own. Dr. Schatzle and company have always been there for me and my “puppies.” Throughout our association, my respect for and appreciation of their service and support has grown. Going through tough times, including multiple surgeries: cancer, a ruptured anal gland, etc. and at-home euthanasia service --- has given me ample opportunity to evaluate and more fully value their professionalism, expertise and all-important compassion. I have four pets – two dogs and two cats – all expertly cared for by Dr. Schatzle and his wonderful staff. I was referred to this practice by a veterinary specialist who was impressed with their thoroughness and attention to detail and, since becoming a client a number of years ago, I have been impressed with this myself. No matter how busy the office is, Dr. Schatzle always takes the time to completely evaluate whichever pet I have in there, explains all of the issues and answers all of my questions. The veterinary staff is also excellent – friendly and always willing to offer help and support.
