Please note that effective Wednesday March 25th, we are modifying our business hours to: 8:00am-1:00pm, Monday through Saturday, and we will remain closed on Sundays.
This temporary reduction in our office hours will allow us to do our part in reducing person-to-person contact while still being available to our beloved patients and clients. It is our goal to continue to be here for you and your pets during this difficult time.
We will continue to perform anesthetic procedures as well as other office visits.
The following updates regarding our protocol for seeing our patients will remain in effect. Thank you for your continued patience and support!
ALL APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CONCIERGE ONLY
When you arrive, please call us and we will obtain your pet’s history. A technician will then come out to your car to bring your pet back into the hospital. The doctor will examine your pet, and then call you to discuss the exam findings and the next steps over the phone. After the visit is complete, a staff member will bring your pet back out to your car.
Please keep cats in carriers at all times.
If you are picking up a prescription or diet, call us when you arrive and we will bring it out to your car.
ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE OVER THE PHONE. Unfortunately we are unable to accept cash or checks during this time.
To maintain social distancing and for the safety of our staff and clients, our doors will remain locked and only staff members will be permitted to enter the building.
