We are currently operating within our regular business hours, which are as follows:
Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Friday: 7:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:00am - 2:00pm
We will continue work diligently to reduce person-to-person contact while still being available to our cherished patients and clients. Therefore, our concierge appointment service will remain in effect for the time being.
The following details our protocol for seeing our patients. Thank you for your continued patience and support!
ALL APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CONCIERGE ONLY
When you arrive, please call us and we will obtain your pet’s history. A technician will then come out to your car to bring your pet back into the hospital. The doctor will examine your pet, and then call you to discuss the exam findings and the next steps over the phone. After the visit is complete, a staff member will bring your pet back out to your car.
All pets must be leashed or in carriers at all times.
If you are picking up a prescription or diet, call us when you arrive and we will bring it out to your car.
All payments must be made over the phone.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cash or checks during this time.
To maintain social distancing and for the safety of our staff and clients, our doors will remain locked and only staff members will be permitted to enter the building.
